Weird Visions Society is a micro-budget, post-dubbed, horror-sci-fi anthology consisting of five tales woven together by the hallucinatory mind-melding of ceremonial slime drinking humanoids from another dimension. Filmed in and around Philadelphia and New Jersey, Weird Visions Society honors in earnest the ooze-forward DIY effects of homemade horror films from the 1980s with the otherworldly audial and dialogue characteristics of Italian horror from the same era.
Bound together by sludge, the tales follow protagonists along their wayward journeys through the surreal and fantastical, the supernatural and horrific. Come sip deep from the ritual ooze and behold bog creatures, ghoulish grandmothers, cyber putrefaction, alien ruination, and the mournful, wailing ghosts of the Slugvoid Cemetery.
